Since her much-talked-about relationship with Backstreet Boy Nick Carter ended, the pop darling has been checking out low-profile hotties.

"I have my eye on a couple of people right now, but none of them are famous. Thank God!" Willa, 20, told Katrillion. "If you date somebody in the limelight ... they're always going to pin you together."

Willa has also been linked to another famous hottie -- her labelmate Craig David. "We went out to dinner and the New York Post turned it into 'they're dating,'" she said. "In Europe, they made it up like they had an interview with him and we were together for months and broke up. I was like, 'No wonder we broke up, because we never communicated!"
